Suffered several fractures in my foot, went to this er as it is in network with my insurance. I was in extreme pain but functioning, trying to maintain composure. Get into room, one male nurse was pleasant but that is the best I can say for this facility. They x rayed my foot. Missed all three fractures and my foot wasn't even super swollen as I went right after my fall. Was promptly discharged with one hydrocodone given, okay thats fine, I am not a big fan of painkillers. Terrible
I walked in to recieve care for a laceration on my head. Not only did I recieve poor healthcare but I also had a terrible experience. Nurses constantly harassing me if I am intoxicated when I already made it clear I am not. When I am in my full construction from just getting off of work that has my blood. I am being transparent because I want to recieve the best healthcare I can. They did a poor job at monitoring me and even asked my partner to administer numbing cream. Went here today,found out I had a fracture in each knee (one needs replaced) and one in my rib. They recommended Tylenol. If you’re in pain or think you have broken bones DO NOT GO HERE
