I had my first appointment on 6/28. I have seen many doctors regarding my medical condition. It has been frustrating and stressful for me not being able to feel normal again or work. I always feel I leave my doctors with doubt or confusion. This was not the case at Banner MD Anderson. Everyone was amazing! The team was understanding, compassionate, and showed me they truly cared. The staff and volunteers make your experience less overwhelming and show compassion above all. You become part of their family.
You have computers and the staff here cannot work together on anything making patients mad . Me waiting for surgery. Money, Money with no problems but they make you feel uncomfortable even time.
This place is wonderful and so thoughtful. I can't say enough good things. They are taking such good care of my loved one.

My mother was diagnosed in 2013 with stage 4 breast cancer and I've never felt more love and compassion from the staff, Dr's and volunteers at this amazing hospital when the time comes and my mother meets our Lord above I will fur sure continue to come back and visit the wonderful people at this hospital... God bless each and everyone being treated and those that work there as well.
The nurses, doctors and staff are great, but getting a return call, Email, etc. usually takes a couple of days. When you have cancer and have a question it only makes you more stressed and anxious if you do not get a return call. We all know that stress only exacerbate your cancer.
