I had knee surgery. The Surgery Center staff is 6 stars. Professional, efficient and thorough while being compassionate, personable, friendly and delightful.
I had the best experience at Banner McKee. I had extensive testing and was in their icu and picu with pulmonary issues... all of the nurses as well as the nursing assistants were great. They made me smile. Too bad it is no longer a hospital...
Demanded payment of my portion of a procedure before they would perform it.
Heart-felt compassion, versus paid compassion. We don't mean to interrupt their screen time, but the ER staff needs reminded as to who they actually work for.
