Heart-felt compassion, versus paid compassion. We don't mean to interrupt their screen time, but the ER staff needs reminded as to who they actually work for.
rewriting this review because google took it down. Basically: the nurses were rude, they all treated me like i was faking my symptoms and that I was a drug junkie. The nurses did not check on me in the 5 or so hours i was there. when i needed to use the restroom and needed assistance, we asked and we waited 10 min before my husband had to ask AGAIN. Dr. JENNIFER GANTNER has ZERO bedside manner and suggested i take ibuprofen (sarcastically btw) for a muscle spasm issue, dizzyness, dry mouth, nausea, and balance. she walked aw... read more
My experience awful! Their doctors were rude during my visit and the nurses were cold. They treated me like I was a nuisance and they wonder why the ER had low ratings and does not produce income. Do better. We are patients. We are people
