The worst wait time ever! Horrible! I came in for a UTI and the triage nurse had me give a urine sample when I got there. Almost 4 hours later I was taken to a bay in the back and had to give yet another urine sample because my previous one was "lost"! Well the nurse actually may have found it up at the front, but it had no label on it so they must have not known who it belonged to and left it there! I was shocked! This is the worst medical facility I have ever seen. I spent about 10 hours in the ER, 8 of that was waiting in excruciating neck pain in the waiting room. It took about 5 min for them to do a ct scan, and I actually talked with a Dr. for about 2 min. I was sent home with no real explanation for my pain, given a muscle relaxer. I was billed almost 6K for a waist of my time. Do not go there!
