I had a 3:30 mammogram appointment today. I arrived at 3:10. I was told to sit in the lobby until I was called. Two other patients came in and were called up front for their appointments, but I was still left sitting in the lobby. At 3:35, I decided to cancel my appointment. The front desk staff, we're very unprofessional, talking and laughing, and apparently not concerned that I was waiting to be checked in.
