Trying to get a walker for my husband who has MSA. Was told by Banner Medical equipment that they were waiting on clinicals. Two weeks later, I called to check on the status, was told they are still waiting on clinicals. Called the Primary care office and was told the clinicals were sent with the prescription for the walker. Called Banner Home Medical Equipment back to let them know they did have the clinicals, which their reply was, yes but they don't specify the walker was requested. The doctor wrote the prescription! I was in the hospital after I had sustained a dislocated hip joint which fractured my pelvic bone and I ended up having surgery. I was visited by a representative of this facility and I was told they would contact me to set up home care when I came home. I have been home almost a week and have yet to receive a call. Edit: After sending an email I had finally got a call. Tracy is horrible, if I wanted to be talked to like I was 5 I would visit a kindergarten class

Very good service. Nurses were wonderful helping my fiance after her lancing of a pilidonial cyst.

I used Banner Health home care after a serious stomach surgery that landed me in the hospital for 30 days. I went home with a wound vac for the first two months, and the nurse from Banner Health did her 'best' during that time. My wife usually did all the wound dressing changes etc because the nurse was either constantly late or asking to reschedule. On top of that annoyance, after my wound vac was removed the nurses helpfulness fell off the map. She only saw me once a week for about 10 minutes and banner health charged over... read more
