I checked in at the clinic desk at 3:15 on May 20, for a 3:30 appointment. I sat for an hour in the waiting area and missed my appointment because the woman at the front desk did not check me in. No apology. They offered me another appointment in two months which i politely declined. I sent a complaint via email but they've managed to ignore that too.

Terrible. Got imaging done at the beginning of the year. No results still. Called 1st time, they said doctor was on vacation, called 2nd time, they said they would call back with results and never did, called 3rd time and still no call back. This is over months after my appointment. They really suck, I didnt think it was possible to be this bad. Also everyone who answers the phone seems to hate their lives and just wants to hang up as fast as possible and tell you "someone will call you back"

The worst obgyn experience of my life. Dr llana Addis is extremely rude from the get go trying to force me to perform an exam they had results for already and had been forwarded from my pcm at Davis Monthan, instead of performing the treatment instructed on the referral. They also made me feel uncomfortable because I denied a male student in the room for treatment stating how I was the only one denying it and as I should be aware that males go in this job. I walked out and asked the base to refer me to another clinic

Exceptional service and care from all BUMC. From check in (Ron in Podiatry) and Tina F determining what is my foot problem?!? And all the folks in Imaging - Great Job, Thank you.
