I really love my doctor, first time I have truly had a good experience (Sharon Toth). But the front desk staff completely dismissed a problem I have been dealing with (them charging a wrong insurance) for 2 years. On top of that, there is an extremely rude lady with red hair who completely talked down to me. I was just confused seeking for some guidance to make sure I was not messing up my testing, but she would not even let me get two words in.
Have been going to Banner Health Clinic and seeing NP Andrea Mathiason since moving to the area, at least 10 years. I am more than satisfied with her abilities to listen to my issues and act accordingly. She gets an A+ in my opinion.
Dr. BROWN is wonderful and taking the time to listen to your needs and developing a plan. My health is very important to me and I appreciate him taking an interest in that.
Sharon Toth and her assistant Billie are awesome . You feel like they are there for you instead for just pushing you thru like cattle for the $$ . Takes the time with you to listen to all your concerns
If you're looking for new healthcare in the Arizona area Banner seems to be pretty good Dr Brown that was pretty amazing
