They are completely dismissive even if your labs come back wrong. They are not looking to help you, just gaslight you into thinking you'll be fine.
Banner has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to do right by their patients. Especially Endocrinology. Karina, MA spent 20 minutes on the phone with me today to explain in detail about what's going on with a problem with insurance and pharmacies. I call and leave a message and get a call back in the same day. They take care of all the paperwork and do not make me come in to fill out paperwork like UcHealth does. My pharmacy has been trying to contact any doctor here in order to refill prescriptions for over 10 days and they can’t get ahold of anyone or even get a call back. This is how you treat diabetics? Documented and will be passed along to media for possible coverage. But please, send more flyers about how my doctor cares and would appreciate a review. Several times I have called and phone lines are not working. Have left voice message and no one ever returned call. Ft Collins phone number not listed on the internet. Frustration upon frustration.
