They have a policy of overcharging patients with a copay. We pay a copay for specialists when in fact its considered primary. If this isn't true then why do I and other patients keep getting payed back 2 months later? We get the money back in 2 months but I don't think their patients are in the business of propping up a billion dollar corporation with short term interest free loans.
