Generaly good experience, but yo get a TB TEST for work was a poor experience. First told MA could do made appt. Then appt needed to be changed because i needed to see NP. Told to come back for reading in 2 days. Told appt needed to be b4 4;30pm as MA ( by the way she gave test, not the NP!) Leaves at 4:30pm. I came to get ( Obviously neg. reading recorded) and im told test cant be read till 5;45 pm! so frustrsting as if my time is not important. However, we all know if we run late to dr. I did not like this hospital at all everyone is very rude there and me as a first time mom and young girl they took advantage of my kindness I could say so much but it will unbelievably be a lot as a person who was already alone giving birth as a teen they made me feel more alone then ever but I would say I liked maybe 3 nurses during my postpartum recovery Thank you to those lady’s
Dr Petersen was referred to us by our family doctor that was retiring. He’s been good at following up and making suggestions.
Every visit has been consistently professional with exceptional care. Our needs are always addressed and met with the utmost compassion. I highly recommend this medical facility for Pediatric care.
Dr. Steele and his staff are amazing. They are very personable and have a lot of expertise. I get more and more comfortable with them each time I see them. Ashley and Maya offered excellent care throughout the visit and relaxed me during my procedures.
