Worst experience... first off, it took me 7 months to get in for my first visit since I was a new patient, and then when I was a month away from my first appointment, they called me and had to cancel because the doctor had a meeting, but the earliest they could get me in was another month out, and so it took 8 months for my very first visit. If you have thryoid disease - don't bother coming to Banner. There is one doctor that will see you out of all the Banner Endos and she is not only terrible, but booked out until Feb. So if you have an emergency and your pcp won't help you like mine won't because it's "out of her scope", just go to the ER. You will end up there anyway or just suffer. That is literally your 2 options.

After reading the reviews from 7 years ago there are still no changes with customer service and staff not following correct protocols.

Probably the worst medical office I’ve ever had to deal with and I haven’t even scheduled an appointment yet partly because they won’t let you until you submit your entire medical record to them and they can’t even keep track of that since last week. I’ve called about five times in order to see if they could schedule an appointment, after submitting all the necessary documentation, including the Referral from my surgeon they still have yet to call me to schedule an appointment or when I call they tell me that I never submitt... read more
