Don't trust clinic or billing dept. Takes 6 months to get it fixed because someone can't code the visit correctly. Done with them.

Worst experience... first off, it took me 7 months to get in for my first visit since I was a new patient, and then when I was a month away from my first appointment, they called me and had to cancel because the doctor had a meeting, but the earliest they could get me in was another month out, and so it took 8 months for my very first visit. If you have thryoid disease - don't bother coming to Banner. There is one doctor that will see you out of all the Banner Endos and she is not only terrible, but booked out until Feb. So if you have an emergency and your pcp won't help you like mine won't because it's "out of her scope", just go to the ER. You will end up there anyway or just suffer. That is literally your 2 options.
