I will never recommend Banner Lakes Imaging for anything. I was scheduled for a Pet Scan 4 months ago, did a preregister and give them my $250 Copay. When I went in the following week I was told that the procedure was cancelled by my Dr. I was never informed by anyone. I ask how do I get my money back since I didn't have the procedure and was told to call the Billing Dept. MANY calls have been made in several months and lied to so many times. I have been getting my mammograms here for years without having any issues. However since my most recent scan I have been having some discomfort. In mid August I had my annual mammogram. I have breast implants. They are about 20 years old and have not had an issue until August. The day after my scan I had severe pain in my left breast. We are going to miss this amazing lady. I hope she finds a town that deserves her knowledge and true empathy. I hope she fights against the drama caused by new CDC guidelines. She really is the best doctor ever and is going to be very hard to replace. Maybe we will cross paths again one-day in a much better place.

Allowed my dad to go 2 hours with no pain meds until he passed away because the nurse could not get ahold of a doctor to authorized. The worst experience of my life. Between Del Webb Banner and this hospice. I would not take anyone to a Banner facility.

Great care at hospital and PT, 5 Stars for that. But, whatever were they thinking to move the Urgent Care to the second floor!!! On the first floor there was a separate entrance which was wonderful so that people with sicknesses that can be spread go in that door. They don't go through the lobby. Now they have to come through the Main Entrance and go the elevator and go to the second floor and germs going all over as they wait even on the second floor spreading whatever they have all over. Visited dr. with walking pneumonia, was given effective antibiotic - 5 day supply - feeling MUCH better but still a slight twinge in my diaphragm so I asked for several more days worth of antibiotics to finish the job. Flat out refused, insisting I come in again for another check-up and chest x-ray. Won't happen, this teacher is much too busy. This could have been a simple process had the nurse been willing to listen to the patient. Need to find a dr. that respects my time and budget.
