I would recommend this hospital. I went in for a medicine reaction and high blood pressure and they were very much on the ball. My ONLY COMPLAINT was not being offered a wheelchair when the gentleman’s that came and got me knew I was having trouble breathing. Once I walked a ways to the treatment room they didn’t hesitate to start my IV, x rays , labs, ekg ect.All were very nice and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. I have been a patient for at least 25 yrs. She listens, understands, explains, and lets you know your options. Dr. Guice helps you and works with you. Awesome! Doctor. I highly recommend her! Not on;y as a Dr. I would say she is a friend.

I visited this urgent care and had a problem with the antibiotics that were given to me. They didn't give me enough and not high enough dosage. My infection came back in 2 weeks. I called and talked to someone at the front desk and explained my situation. I was told I needed to come back in and I would have to pay my co-pay again to be seen. I did not go and will not go again. the people that work the front desk do not care about anyone's situation and treat you like a number not a person. I've been in many clinics, industrial medical clinics and drug testing facilities. I have also been a Banner patient over the years. I arrived here February 17, 2021 to get Covid information/test or vaccine. I walked into the most beautiful, spacious, well-lit urgent care facility I've encountered. It was clean, patient appountments perfectly timed, paperwork minimal, information and consultation excellent. I got a Covid test. I will be glad to return any time - I am infirm or require testing or similar consulatation.

My father was admitted on 3/23/2020 because he was having trouble breathing, was very weak and had a temperature. He was immediately put in a coma and died 3 days later on 3/26/2020. WE BEGGED THE HOSPITAL TO LET US VISIT WHILE HE WAS ALIVE AND AFTER HIS DEATH AND WE WERE NOT ALLOWED by video chat or in person! He died from Covid19 complications with underlining conditions! We can NEVER get this time back! SHAME ON YOU BANNER ESTRELLA HOSPITAL! SHAME ON YOU! I hope you do not put other families through this torture you have ... read more

when you call to make an appointment they don't answer their phone. Obviously people who need urgent care need advice. First sign that this is not the place to go. I was connected to this Urgent Care because,as a member of CODAC Health and Wellness, they had 'partnered up' to meet your Urgent Care needs...lol, why am I not surprised.
