This Chandler management is the worst! I have never seen such acts of favoritism in all my years working! Not to mention they lie and bully staff! If they don't like you they will get rid of you no matter what! Meanwhile other staff jeopardizing patient safety is still there despite me bringing up these concerns.... management knows who they are and should be ashamed of themselves!

I love this place!! Never a long wait and everyone is very nice. I've been seeing Dr Craine for years. He takes his time, he listens to you and he truly cares for his patients. I've never had a better doctor in my life and that's a fact!!!!
Debra Meschner, PA at Phx Med Group, part of Banner Health took me off a medication she should never have done - multiple articles say not to do this - due to her negligence it put me in the ER in Dec and Jan 2017. I had convulsions, lung issues, heart issues as well as lack of balance, electrical shocks and hallucinations. Both she and PMG have ignored my situation. I can no longer do any activities I used to do. I am 59. If I was 79 I would probably be dead now. This is my warning for you.
I love this place, clean, quiet, friendly...dr frank truong & his nurse Karen are the best! They have a Sonora Quest lab & xray on site too! No long waits ever because they make u get there 15 mins before the apt time, it works out perfectly! They have a very calming atmosphere & dr truong actually listens to your concerns and takes his time!

Enjoyed the staff. I felt a calming environment as soon as I walked in. Dr. Craine actually listened to my concerns and treated me like he cared.
