Very happy with everything. From checking in to seeing the Doctors assistant to seeing the Doctor and scheduling my next appointment. Everything went great.
I took my son last minute on a Saturday to see Becky NP, she was so nice and welcoming. She was well detailed with discharge instructions. Her MA Brenda was very friendly w Jayden. The lady at the front desk Tasha explained all my benefits and coverage. Totally would recommend this place to any one of my friends. #BANNER
You can never get a same day or even a next day appointment at this location. I love the Pediatrics side but I’ve called twice for myself and couldn’t get an appointment. After 36 years I finally decided to get a family doctor to take care of my once in a while needs but it’s just disappointing having to wait a week to be seen.
My husband had a scan July 5th, it's now July 18th, we've been told daily that the Dr. hasn't reviewed the scan to give us info. He also had an ultrasound June 26th and we've yet to hear back on that as well. Very poor communication. However, the front office staff has been very patient and understanding as we've tried to get information.
We have been going to banner for years, never had an issue until today! We walked in 5 minutes late I know it’s the end of the world! It should mean I would just have to sit in the waiting room five minutes shorter than usual. Nope not today, it seems the lady I made the appointment with on the phone didn’t take any information about our new insurance and the dude at the desk didn’t want to do the extra work and make some calls. Why do you bother even taking new patients?? 8 week wait to be seen for a sinus infection?? You've got to be kidding? Do you not leave space in your schedules for same days like you advertise you supposedly do? I've worked in doctors' offices and done scheduling and this is total BS with what you're doing. If your patient load is that high then stop accepting new patients! To ask people to wait 8 weeks for a sinus infection is the most moronic scheduling I've ever heard of!
