If I can give this location zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. Twice I have gone in for a yearly check up and they screw up the coding to stick me with a bill. I’ve been fighting this for quite some time now and today the billing department just hangs up on me for explaining that I went in for a yearly check up not a pre-existing condition. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life from any doctor’s office. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!
Moved here a year ago and had to find new Healthcare providers. We hit the jackpot with Dr Leech. She's very patient, never feels rushed and always listens. Highly recommend.
Dr Aguilar I seen her on April 6th, a month plus later I get a call and she stopped my medicine for stomach disorder, changing it to a lower dose. I was asked to try it and if it didn't work to call back and she would change it back. I followed up and she said follow up with a GI doctor. She prescribed it. Now my stomach is sore and not feeling very well. I had followed up prior with my GI and was told everything is ok, labs were great. I get regular monitiring threw blood draw by hemotologist, urologist, aurthurist doctor..... read more
