I had a very unprofessional experience when I called with questions about scheduling imaging. The phone operator, Laura, was rude and impatient throughout the call. When I asked for the phone number for the imaging location, she responded by raising her voice and saying “it’s on the paper,” instead of simply providing the information. This type of attitude is unacceptable in a patient-facing role, and I hope management addresses this to ensure more respectful communication in the future.
I have finally decided to leave Banner Health entirely because of the headaches that my EXCELLENT, OPEN ACCESS, NO REFERRAL REQUIRED, PPO-TYPE insurance (that allows me to go anywhere and pays for everything without Pre-Auths) has caused. 4 week wait to be call this morning and canceled on, rescheduled for Wednesday to be called a 2nd time to be scheduled AGAIN!! BECAUSE the staff over scheduled the doctor with "too " many new patients!!!!! Stay away from this place if you have urgently needs or need to establish a new primary care, seems like the office staff is incompetent and a uncaring. I'm pretty sure I dodged a bullet
