My husband called and asked when could he bring his 2015 truck in there was a recall, the young lady Ms. Paris stated he could bring it right in, he took his truck in between 8:30-9:00am, they took the truck to the back, he said he would wait for it, around 1:30pm he called me to come pick him up, no one ever looked at the truck at that point, that was Wednesday May 27th, today may 28th I went to see if they could give me an estimate about what time i could schedule to pick him up to get... read more
