I left my vehicle at 7:30 on Thurs, July 8th for an estimate on repair of broken seat. Picked my car up from dealership around 11:30 on same day. Gentleman said he would text me an estimate later in day. No text as of 10:30 Friday 9th. I went by dealership to find out why they never text me. Young man informed me they had a lot on their plates and I could take a while. When I asked why no one ever text me to say they needed time.
