I have been to many hospitals over the years. This particular (Banner Estrella) hospital is the finest in each and every department. From the moment you walk in the front door to the day you are discharged, you are treated with a smile, genuine kindness, and courtesy. This is my third stay here and nothing is different from the first up to now. If given a choice I will stay here again. Just had my baby there on saturday. Would not go anywhere else. The nurses were great and didn't mind all my questions i had.

4 years ago my son was born while i was in Afghanistan. the doctors allowed my mom to skype during the csection and hours afterwards so i may see my son born. my best to the doctors and nurses on 1-17-2013.
They are caring and they do what they can to make u feel comfortable
I've had cancer this is my 3rd time all treatments began in the Banner Hospital's Estrella, Desert, and Baywood. Plus 3 surgeries. The quality of care in all 3 had been a very positive experience. My care the Dr.'s and staff have all been outstanding. Thank you

I have to say I had a very bad experience with the scheduler who was rude, cocky, and threatening. But once I got there for the outpatient procedure, the staff was friendly, caring, professional, informed me of everything that was happening, and I just wanted to hug them all when I left. Dr. Davidson, of course, is my doctor and is a sweetheart, and Dr Gomez, the anesthesiologist was very thorough and informative and gave me confidence. That's usually the part that scares me.
