Some of the employees are not very friendly. Our Dr and nurse were. Very slow to get in there. My daughter was in great pain, and some just walked in, then taken right back. Even a homeless guy, who was sleeping. Think they need to evaluate their response for who has the most needed attention. We got there at 11:00 pm, walked out at 4:00 am. Way to long!
Great experience so far. The only downside is having to have surgery. Staff are wonderful. Good place to be for good care.

2 stars because of the 4 hour wait in the ER lobby. While many a blue barf bag was used, best invention ever! (million dollar idea). 5 stars because of the hospital staff after you are finally admitted to the ER. and get an ER room & bed. (Not a hallway bed) The staff are friendly, and very efficient. We waited 4 hrs for my 87 yr old mother to be seen. Then waited 12 hours in the hallway to finally be admitted.
