RecommendedI'm so terrible with names but I had the BEST experience tonight. I was in the ER and doctors office for 9 hours. HOWEVER they did find out what was wrong with me before I left. All the employees were just fantastic. The registering young lady, my nurse (new young guy with brown hair, beard, and mustache from Michigan), Tiffany (beautiful young lady 6'2"), xray tech (stocky, extra kind Mexican guy with a great sense of humor), doctor direct but patient and didn't give up on finding what was wrong with me. Daughter came into your emergency room at 830 last night in extreme pain with a possible Kidney Stone. It’s now 6:39am, and she’s still waiting to be seen. They have taken her vitals and she’s been to the desk 5 times and told they don’t have an available bed yet. I wouldn’t take my dog to this place .........
I recommend Banner Medical Center Emergency Room for the Following Reasons, The staffs are professional and caring from check in until you see the doctor.I only go to Banner when having a medical issue.

I was taken to this ER following a motorcycle accident. I am a veteran and gave my information to the ER for billing and for the purpose of sending anything to my primary care doctor at the VA. They did none of this. Instead of filing a claim with the VA, they keep sending me the bills. I’ve repeatedly given them my information for the VA claim, and I am now in collections. The doctor who was in the ER filed a claim and received payment from the VA, but the ER itself is incompetent. They never sent anything to my VA primary ... read more
I always get treated professionally and nurses on staff always very kind . I’ve had to go last year on multiple occasions and always was taken care of . Yes , wait times can be bad if it’s flu season or the weekend but they do their best ... 🙏🏻
Depending on the doctor you get it can be the best or worse time. I've had doctors say Im not leaving till they help me, and Ive had some go "its just a virus" and send me home only to end up being taken to another ER and find out it in fact is FAR from a virus. So I'd say you have a 50/50 shot. This is true for the pediatric side as well.
Granted it is a Monday night. But I brought my friend in with an ugly foul smelling ulcerative diabetic foot sore. from check in to being seen by a doctor took under 60 min. Doctors said they will keep my friend and he may lose his big toe. My friend has small slippery veins - so the nurse had to use an ultrasound to find a vein to draw blood from and do an antibiotic IV through. The nurse did a great job. Xray came in a timely fashion and his positive care continues. All the care staff has been attentive and caring.
