I worked with Roxanne to refinance my commercial building and she was amazing! It was my best loan experience. She asked for all the docs up front, not more each day like so many lenders do. She told me the interest rate and terms on day one and they stayed the same until close! I will use Roxanne for all of my future loans! I highly recommend Roxanne and Banner Bank.

Last year switched my primary business to Banner Bank and it’s like night and day, have gone from dealing with new people all the time who have to call headquarters to be able to make any decisions or know what to do To a place with knowledgeable bankers who are empowered and helpful, not to mention know me by name. One of the best banks I have dealt with and this branch is always pleasant and efficient!
The people at Banner Bank, and especially the Escondido branch have always been amazing to work with. I have been with them since 2010 and am sadly switching banks (moved to a different state with no Banner branches). A few automatic payments that I had forgotten to switch over to the new account went through and over drafted my account.
