The people at Banner Bank, and especially the Escondido branch have always been amazing to work with. I have been with them since 2010 and am sadly switching banks (moved to a different state with no Banner branches). A few automatic payments that I had forgotten to switch over to the new account went through and over drafted my account. Roxanne, the branch manager, called me completely unprompted to let me know what was going on, and she and Theresa worked with me to get some of the charges refunded. I have NEVER been treated so well by any bank/credit union/brokerage/financial institution/etc. I am so grateful to have Miss Roxanne and Miss Amanda handling my banking needs. I don’t know of a single other branch manager from any other bank who works directly with the customer - Roxanne will take responsibility of your needs, and is quick to handle any concerns/issues you may have - you can count on her.
