We recently visited the branch to handle some of our banking needs, and Roxanna was an absolute professional. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain every step and answering all our questions without making us feel rushed. The level of personalized service she provided was outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. She genuinely listened to our specific requirements and found the perfect solutions for us. Last year switched my primary business to Banner Bank and it’s like night and day, have gone from dealing with new people all the time who have to call headquarters to be able to make any decisions or know what to do To a place with knowledgeable bankers who are empowered and helpful, not to mention know me by name. One of the best banks I have dealt with and this branch is always pleasant and efficient!
The people at Banner Bank, and especially the Escondido branch have always been amazing to work with. I have been with them since 2010 and am sadly switching banks (moved to a different state with no Banner branches). A few automatic payments that I had forgotten to switch over to the new account went through and over drafted my account.
