Very clean, tidy and well-organised clinic, really impressed just on my 1st visit. You may even get free hot tea while waiting, with nice and comfy seats. Plenty of parking spaces in parking spot just opposite the road, up to 3hours, very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and nice.
Doctor Pham is always very considerate and professional; I have received excellent treatment for cataracts and ongoing eye health monitoring. The staff are kind, professional and considerate.
Very nice and tidy place, small clinic with healthcare professionals specialised in eye care. Excellent treatment provided in a timely manner. Located near public transport which is good for people checking their eyes and can't drive. Not best for parking private vehicles. Recommend
I wish I could give them less than that. I suffered an IOL and after numerous visits to the clinic, an unsuccessful operation and $10.000 in expenses my eye is worse than before.
Really want to thank and commend everyone at Bansktown Eye Specialists. Have been twice to this specialist practice and both times am genuinely blown away by how they operate . Reception staff , Orthoptists ( Brandon and I didn’t get the name of the other one I saw) and Dr Pham are some of the best healthcare professionals I have ever met.
