Wally and Paul installed the hybrid flooring in my kitchen, and I am very happy with the result. They were friendly, polite, and very quick.
Chris and his co-worker very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris went above and beyond to assist me. The guy that did the installation was professional and well mannered. The outcome is bloody wonderful, very happy with my carpet choice. I also really like a company that calls you day after installation to check your happy and they did that. I recommend.

My personal experience to replace the carpet in my house with Bankstown Carpet Court has been satisfactory. I visited the store three times before deciding on my carpet selection. For every visit, Chris, the sale manager, has been very friendly, patient and frank with his advice about the carpet selection and installation. The carpet replacement went smoothly and it took nearly two days to complete covering 4 rooms, a hall way and a sixteen step staircase.
