We applied to have our investment loan re- financed. Minh was our loans expert who handled the whole process very efficiently and personably. She availed herself to all of our questions and we felt very comfortable the process was always in control. Often she would pre-empt our questions which was quite amazing. Thank you Minh. Terrible service here. If you are on the job without training then please don't work, wasting customer's valuable time. Wasted an hour here, and things still weren’t resolved and each time the employee said it wasn't resolved for a different reason based on the same issue.
