Mixed review - 5 stars for Jennifer who was polite, efficient and fast - she was amazing to deal with. 1 star for Corey who did his best to get in the way, create issues rather than solve them, and was rude to both customer (me) and colleague (Jennifer). Management need to have a chat with him.
