"sorry we can't help you" .. even when it turns out you could! (and did on the day). The fact I had to push for help is ridiculous. Clearly just an example of people not wanting to do their job.

Mixed review - 5 stars for Jennifer who was polite, efficient and fast - she was amazing to deal with. 1 star for Corey who did his best to get in the way, create issues rather than solve them, and was rude to both customer (me) and colleague (Jennifer). Management need to have a chat with him.

Nothing special. Just like any other banks. Once you signed up after refinancing a loan and you are in their books. You are just another customer. Update. Refinance one of my loan 5months ago last year to Qudos. Today, recieved a letter from them stating we are changing your other loan with us to Residential Investment and increasing you interest to 6.86% (from my current 6.29%) This institution don't want to keep customers do they. I would recommend people look at other banks.
