The best branch ever, all the staff is very helpful and nice!
Nothing special. Just like any other banks. Once you signed up after refinancing a loan and you are in their books. You are just another customer. Update. Refinance one of my loan 5months ago last year to Qudos. Today, recieved a letter from them stating we are changing your other loan with us to Residential Investment and increasing you interest to 6.86% (from my current 6.29%) This institution don't want to keep customers do they. I would recommend people look at other banks.
Never fulfilled their commitment to call me back regarding interest rate change. Not the first time BankSA has not done what they said they would do.
