I go to the Bank's Vac in Plymouth and have been consistently pleased with the product and service. Chris Severs, their regional manager, is consistently a pleasure to work with. He knows vacuums, but he knows the history of the vacuum industry too, which was surprisingly useful when picking a brand. I bought a $550 Sebo vacuum from them and have been extremely happy with it. Would recommend!
