Rose just went above and beyond to get my old Rocket vacuum back in shape ! She treated me like family ! Didn’t even charge me ! She just asked that I spread the good word about Bank’s ! I am excited to try out my “ new “ Rocket ! Thanks Rose !
Update: I returned to the store today for help with my vacuum and received the same excellent service from Chris. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me out. I drive 45 min to get to this store even though there are two other dealers closer to me. The customer service is 10 out of 10 and I wouldn’t go elsewhere. Chris was fantastic! He listened to our situation, was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we looked at, and let us try everything ourselves. We never felt upsold; he was happy to show us whatever he felt was right for our situation but within our budget. I am particularly happy to have a vacuum that will be repairable, rather than contributing to the landfill every few years. I wish more stores had a ‘Chris’ for this level of knowledge and service.

Bank’s Vacuum is the best! I got my vacuums serviced—a nice tune up & I purchased their fantastic Cordless vacuum too! Chris & Rosa were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful!
