Superb customer service, it literally made my day. We’ve needed a new vacuum for awhile and I’ve always wanted a Miele after seeing so many great reviews. Happened to see a TikTok from Banks and thought to look on the website to see what the price range was. Found one within my range (sale!!!) and ordered it. Rose just went above and beyond to get my old Rocket vacuum back in shape ! She treated me like family ! Didn’t even charge me ! She just asked that I spread the good word about Bank’s ! I am excited to try out my “ new “ Rocket ! Thanks Rose !
Update: I returned to the store today for help with my vacuum and received the same excellent service from Chris. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me out. I drive 45 min to get to this store even though there are two other dealers closer to me. The customer service is 10 out of 10 and I wouldn’t go elsewhere. For reference, I recently purchased new high ... read more
Chris was fantastic! He listened to our situation, was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we looked at, and let us try everything ourselves. We never felt upsold; he was happy to show us whatever he felt was right for our situation but within our budget. I am particularly happy to have a vacuum that will be repairable, rather than contributing to the landfill every few years. I wish more stores had a ‘Chris’ for this level of knowledge and service.
Great service and knowledge. We will definitely be going here for all our vacuum needs.
