Bank’s Vacuum is the best! I got my vacuums serviced—a nice tune up & I purchased their fantastic Cordless vacuum too! Chris & Rosa were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful!
Chris explained and showed how to use the vacuum. He was very nice to work with.
Great experience. Chris was a big help. Explained all the options available with the different models and showed me how they operated. Lots of options in vacuums and prices. Definitely recommend!
Not great, initially had a good experience purchasing a Miele cannister vac from here. they matched the online price without issue. Fast forward, now I need an air purifier. Thought of Bank's, since I had a good experience before. Sales guy gives me the run around on the phone, won't budge on a $400 markup on a $1000 item (their price), which is listed for $599 EVERYWHERE else online, i was ready to walk in and buy that day. What a truly lovely experience! Chris was such a helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He found the perfect vacuum to fit my needs. I was able to test it out in store and am loving it so far. The customer service is amazing. I will never buy a vacuum elsewhere. 10/10!
