Nick did a nice job replacing our thermostats. He helped us choose a product that would be right for us and installed them promptly.

My AC stopped working a few days ago so I called Banks Quarles to come look at it, they told me how much it would cost to send someone out to diagnose the problem and I gave them the go ahead to send someone. Their technician figured out that my condenser had gone out and quoted me a pretty pricey figure to replace it, but I agreed to the price and paid him the down payment. Worst Service Ever This company charged $230 to raise a single light in my house. The technician was late, talked my ear off, and came without the proper equipment to do the job. The receptionist kept fobbing me off and giving me false information about EVERYTHING. Will never do business with this company again.
Banks Quarles went above and beyond to relocate our sewage line. Even though it took several trips to get it relocated, which was due to issues beyond their control, they were very professional and did a great job! Highly recommend!
