Charged me over $700 to fix a water leak under a mobile home. Soaked my wooden floor. He fixed the leak though. Normal rate is $150 hour which is about how long it took.
Banks Quarles put in a hot water heater for $1,600- $500 for water heater- $1,100 for labor, then my air conditioner went out, had a 3 1/2 ton goodman 13 seer, they wanted $7,200 for split system- Bronte service company was $4,500- hmmmmm! Premier service co also came out and quoted $5,995 for a Trane 14 seer 3 1/2 ton split system- not bad! A shout out to Jeff Noland and his team!!! Please take the time to read if you are looking for the best plumbing team around! For as long as I can remember, I have had plumbing issues just from having an old home. My washing machine, my sinks and my toilet has never drained properly. It got so bad that I had to hold the drain pipe on my washing machine so it would not overfill into the floor.
