My experience with this company was terrible. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. 1st- The DJ played the wrong song for my grand entrance. 2nd- The wrong song was played for my dance with my grandpa. 3rd- I asked for a very specific song to be played for another dance, DJ did not play that song cause he didn’t have it downloaded. I used banks got my wedding, as they were a recommend vendor. I am highly disappointed. The DJ was horrible and my photos just turned out alright. I felt no communication and support from the Banks Team as I was often left in the dark. You don't find out who is working your event until a week (maybe two) before your weekend and it left me feeling under valued. I paid a lot of money for unedited photos and I'm overall disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Where to start…… the communication before the wedding was awful. Day of the wedding, our songs we chose to walk down the aisle were completely wrong. The DJ changed the song as my spouse was half way down the aisle. The micro phone during the ceremony was cutting out the WHOLE time. The DJ stood there without any attempt to fix it. The songs during the wedding reception were not what we picked. I was very disappointed with our experience. A great DJ and an amazing dance floor were our top priorities for the wedding. Initially, communication was excellent, but as we got closer to the date, I had to send multiple follow-up emails and voicemails to get in touch. I didn’t hear back until the week of the wedding, which caused a lot of stress and made it feel rushed.Despite it being “the busy season,” every couple deserves to feel valued and heard.
