For years this company was absolutely horrid, (repairs were never addressed or done, extremely slow communication, weeks without AC in the summer) but since they have hired Ania I am happy be be a resident of Banks Earl. Every single issue in the past has been addressed and I hate that their rating is so negatively affected by the previous property manager. Get a property with these folks as a tenant or investor, and you'll be in good hands.

Ania provides fantastic customer service! I've had very few problems on my property, which is a plus in itself, but when I have needed repairs she is excellent at communicating and getting the problem fixed quickly.
