It was a really quick and simple process! I had the best customer service that could be given! The staff was helpful and friendly. They also made sure you were well knowledgeable about the services that you would be getting. I had always thought about filing and even made an attempt to do it ... but the “lawyer” I hired was not competent and also delayed meetings in which were necessary to get the job done, not to mentioned had already been paid! So hats off to BKPrep for an awesome job!

This has been a long time coming but after several attempts to speak with someone from this office it never happened. I find out later from word of mouth pretty much all of these types of businesses offer up information that can be done with a quick google search. They are nowhere near being any more knowledgeable than the average Joe with a computer or phone. They are not lawyers dont go to court with you just add-on a name like.
