Worst Bank Around! Customer Service Is Very Poor. I felt discriminated against by customer service agent named Kelsey. She was very rude and aggressive. I would suggest she was behaving like this towards me because of race. I had an issue regarding showing my ID for a bank deposit. I verified my ID with answering of series of security question and presented my bank card I still was denied to make a deposit by Kelsey.
