I love BANKO OVERHEAD DOORS AND MIKE THE TECHNICIAN. A few weeks back Mike came out to service my garage with a nice sense of humor and courteous professional manner. A couple of years ago; via my warranty company, I had a new garage motor and rail installed to replace a failed system. It was expensive and apparently not installed correctly. Quickly scheduled an appointment on the next day for a repair. Arrived on time and completed the repair, and we asked for an additional repair. He had the material with him to complete our request. The technician was personable and neat. This is he second time we have used Banko. Both occasions yielded good outcomes. Five stars. *******

Exceeded my expectations. My garage door wouldn't open so my car was trapped inside. Mercedes was very helpful in getting me scheduled right away. Anthony arrived early in the time window Mercedes gave me, and he was able to replace both springs on my garage door in a very timely manner. Anthony is a true professional and he checked out my all elements of my garage door and opener before he finished. The charge was exactly what Mercedes quoted me on the phone.

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. We called to have a new garage door installed and they did a great job. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional.
