He had his staff pictures on his SOCKS! He made my son feel relaxed, so after 3 different opinions we decided to go to Bankhead Orthodontics. Dr.Jacob answered all my questions without judgement. Such an clean facility and friendly staff. You can tell they take customer service seriously. AND MY SON LOVED HIS SOCKS!
She was FANTASTIC! Dr.Courtney and Staff in Alton made me realize I'm not too old to have straight teeth. I have always had crooked teeth on just the bottom. I just went to talk about treatment because a friend of mine goes there. After talking with the doctor and her staff I feel so much better knowing I'm going to smile with straight teeth very soon!
She gave me the understanding of how my daughters treatment was going to go. I never had braces as a kid and I didn't know what to expect. Dr.Courtney explained it to BOTH of us. Taking the time to make sure all my questions got answered made me know for sure I was taking my daughter to the right place.
I just went because my Dentist advised me to go. As an adult, I thought orthodontic treatment was too late for me. Dr.Bleyer reassured me that it is NEVER TOO LATE to be proud of my smile! He made me understand it was more than just vanity. The entire staff were so kind and informative, I am so excited to get my new smile started!
MY CHILD WAS SO NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO THE ORTHODONTIST. AFTER SEEING DR.JACOB AS A NEW PATIENT, NOT ONLY WAS SHE EXCITED ABOUT GETTING BRACES, SHE LEFT WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE! AS A PARENT YOU WANT NOTHING BUT THE BEST FOR YOUR KIDS, THE WAY HE EXPLAINED TREATMENT AND THE EASE OF THE VISIT MADE ME KNOW I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE!
Wonderful experience. Very kind and really took his time to explain the treatment that was needed. My son loves coming to his appointments. The whole staff is a lot of fun and professional at the same time. Highly recommend!
He always takes the time to explain my treatment to me! I see him in Carlinville and now I see his partner Dr.Jacob too. Both doctors always know what is going on and keep me informed every step of the way. It really shows how much pride they take in making sure I know what to expect next.Oh, and I love the singing in the office at every visit!
Dr. Courtney is so friendly and a wealth of knowledge. I had braces growing up and wasn’t compliant wearing my retainers, so as an adult my teeth had shifted back. Through her treatment plan, I am able to get the smile I have been wanting and already feel much more confident.
