Super Kind and friendly staff. Gina was sooo very patient all throughout the brace application process even when our 9 year old moved his lips and she needed to start over preparing the teeth for glueing on the metal brackets. Gina explained what she was doing step by step beforehand so it was easy to follow along with each part of the process. I have been coming to the Wentzville office for many years and always so in awe at the comfort and care that the staff provides. From the front desk receptionists, to the assistants, to the Dr's, they are all so warm and welcoming. I love my smile and can attest, orthodontic treatment has changes my life.
My teeth were in absolute rough shape.. Dr. Darren helped me fix my smile and every time I see a picture of myself smiling I think about the road we took to get to where my teeth are today, his patience, his willingness to work with me, and his determination to get my healthy smile back!! Thank you SO MUCH Dr. Darren!!!!!
Dr. Jacob is so kind, professional, and efficient. During my daughter’s initial consultation he answered any question she had and really helped set her mind at ease. Since then, he’s continued to do that, and always takes the time to explain anything we have questions about.
They are always nice and have good service.
