First loan went smoothly but competitiveness for rates below average. Investment property loan had variable rate after 5-yr. fixed term (other banks within the state are willing to fix it for 20-30 year term at a lower interest rate), overall rate I felt was kind of high. Turned down for second note without substantiated reasons but was able to obtain 2K unsecured loan.
