I went to get a new debit card and Kimberly was very welcoming and kind- I’m not sure who this other employee was but when they went to update my ID the woman said “she’s a very pretty girl but these pictures aren’t very flattering” very unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.
Amazing experience everytime I walk threw the door. The vibes are great!!!!
I’m very grateful to Donna, Sue and the crew at ESB…great personable people and fantastic service…they go above and beyond!
