Customer service is trash. I called as their ATM malfunctioned and took money out of my account in error. I called customer service many times, getting transferred multiple times per call, only to find out they don't know what happened and will have to call back. This has been a nearly two week process and still have no answers and no money back.

This bank is awful, I have banked with them for 8 years, and they have consistantly messed up putting my money in my account correctly, they care more about their profit over helping you. They will only wave one overdraft fee in your intierdy of having an account with them, and then charge you $33 for each overdraft. All out no care for the cutomer. If you want a bank thats partially there for you until they can turn a buck, go with Bankers Trust.
Was such a frustrating experience and they have zero concern for the customer experience, wish I would not have done my loan with them.
Excellent customer service - like beyond my wildest dreams. I'm a sucker for good customer care and Bankers Trust definitely provides it. Every person from tellers, to receptionists to lenders have treated me with respect and are just darn nice people. #keepitup
I love my bank. People know me and are helpful and courteous.
