Worst customer service!! Banked there for 6-7 years, never screwed the account over ever. Paid for a service to be done, was given false information, and when the account went negative because of their mistake, was told it’d be credited back on the account, only to have it not. So once we contacted someone higher up , the lady was really rude and basically said “if you have a problem with bankers trust, close the account” all we wanted was the account credited like THEY SAID and everything would’ve been fine. If you do anything online with PayPal...you have to call Bankers Trust every time you want to transfer from PayPal to your bank account. I was on hold today for 30 minutes to get an ok from Banker’s Trust to put money into my bank account from PayPal...only to have the customer service rep at Banker’s Trust not notify their 3rd party fraud company...even after 30 minutes of being on hold...I still could not get my bank to accept my money from my PayPal account...if you’re progressive and want to do online transactions with S... read more
I just started banking at the one on Army Post and it was great customer service, to where even my 2 daughters opened up minor accounts. We have been pleased so far.

They let go a man who approved a loan backed by millions of tax dollars because the city backed fraudulently defaulted on the loan. Not of any fault of this person, or lack of proof to pay the loan back...but because the city committed fraud. U can show ur customers loyalty, but u can’t do that if u aren’t first loyal to ur employees.
