Banker's Trust used to be such a good bank. I've had accounts there since 1968. But the last couple years the customer service has gone downhill and it's terrible. Also their technogy needs to be updated and get with the times. You can't seem to get current transactions and can't go back very far on statements on line. It's horrible.

HORRID! they charge a fee for ANYTHING they can, refuse to assist when called they also wouldnt let the secondary on my account know anything or assist them unless they went INTO a branch with a photo id. This bank is a huge joke and the bankers need to be trained in decent customer service. Will never bank here again, will NEVER recomend this bank to anyone.
