RecommendedI have been with the bever branch since it first opened as guarantee bank. the employees that work there are the best I have ever worked with. always a smile and how's it going. always ask about our family with follow up questions from previous conversations. my girls walk home from school and stop in to say hello. cant say enough good things about this branch.
This bank fails on comparison to its former entity (Guarantee bank).... Ten plus years with guarantee and zero issues.....I have had problem after problem CRBT. Managers don't return phone calls. Different answer with each employee, and the list goes on.
The staff is beyond amazing and helpful! Smooth transition from Guaranty Bank over to CRBT.

I'm not given an option for a 0 for my review. But my review is less than a 0. Every month I have to call in or go into my closest branch to request a 24 hour raise in my debit spending limit so I can purchase a money order to pay rent... No big deal... Or so I thought.... and almost every month they say they raised it, and I go to purchase the money order, and the transaction is declined because my limit is still set at 300. I've been with this bank for 11 years. I had $400 worth of transactions go through that were fraud. The bank called me and notified me within hours of it happening. We had to cancel my card and order a new one. This happened in may and after four times of ordering a new card I finally got a card this week. I have to go in and order checks tomorrow I'm hopeful it won't take as long.
