I LOVED Guaranty Bank, it really is a shame they were bought out. CRBT has been nothing but a headache for the last 2+ years. Small inconveniences mainly, but enough to be annoying. Their online banking is a joke. It always locks you out. I’ll transfer money from another account and it won’t go through so I never have the money in the account when I need it which results in fees, when I have the money and took time to go online to transfer it! The people that work there are wonderful. Anytime there has been an issue or a question, they have had it taken care of immediately. My son had his debit card hacked somehow and charges were made in other states. They took care of it without any hassle or headache. Great checking and great savings. I also like their ATM machines for depositing checks. They have the kind that the you insert check and the machine reads it and does all the work. I highly recommend CRBT.
Very friendly tellers and the easiest online banking ever!! Never have had issues with it at all!
They have taken money out of my account twice that had nothing to do with a loan or anything else I have had financial issues with without informing me there was an issue of any kind. I helped a minor acquire an account. He is no longer a minor and he had confirmed I was no longer on the account back in September before he moved out of state. This is a load of crap! Do NOT bank here! Unless this is straightened out quickly, I will keep posting DO NOT BANK HERE.
