I’m an RN, owner of a small care facility providing care for elderly. I’ve read the positive reviews and was quite surprised. I’m from the different side of Bankers Life-receiving the payment. It has been an absolute nightmare. To talk with anyone takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get through the automated prompts. Sent in forms on the first, no payment by the 10th. 10 more minutes of prompts to be told one form was incorrect. No call, no letter, no payment. Thank goodness, a friend in this world of automation, Bankers Life has shown it's top priority to service their clients. Why use an agent from "who knows where", when you can have a friendly local agent... I go local whenever I can!
