Very poor customer service from their receptionist. I called the day of my appointment to confirm the time and was told they gave my appointment away because they called me to confirm and my number was disconnected. I explained that I have a call control feature on my phone and had they listened to the message they would’ve been instructed to input a number to be connected. First of all I want to say the staff was very kind and helpful, The nurse that assisted me with my lung capacity test was super friendly and patient with me doing the test too. And finally Dr. Wong is amazing. He used to be my Grandmothers lung Dr. And took great care of her while she was his patient. Glad to see him today and to finally get my health in order too 🙏✨
