Very negative experience with a front desk stuff member. When i said that I would be interested to become their patient and requested if I ask my family doctor to send a request, how long do I need to get the appointment I was not given any specific information. Looks like this clinic is not looking for patients or admin stuff just don’t how to do their job and communicate with potential clients. Don’t recommend, go somewhere else

I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Respiratory Clinic with Dr. Keffi. The staff and receptionists are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind. They make every visit comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Keffi is incredibly attentive and caring. He always takes time to ask many questions, listens carefully, and makes sure all concerns are addressed. He never rushes appointments and always asks if I have any questions about my health. Very poor customer service from their receptionist. I called the day of my appointment to confirm the time and was told they gave my appointment away because they called me to confirm and my number was disconnected. I explained that I have a call control feature on my phone and had they listened to the message they would’ve been instructed to input a number to be connected. Instead of acknowledging that she may have made a mistake she continued to argue that she wrote what she heard and that my line was disconnected. I tried... read more
