Staff are extremely professional and courteous. Dr Marovac is the best
I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Respiratory Clinic with Dr. Keffi. The staff and receptionists are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind. They make every visit comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Keffi is incredibly attentive and caring. He always takes time to ask many questions, listens carefully, and makes sure all concerns are addressed. He never rushes appointments and always asks if I have any questions about my health. Very poor customer service from their receptionist. I called the day of my appointment to confirm the time and was told they gave my appointment away because they called me to confirm and my number was disconnected. I explained that I have a call control feature on my phone and had they listened to the message they would’ve been instructed to input a number to be connected. Instead of acknowledging that she may have made a mistake she continued to argue that she wrote what she heard and that my line was disconnected. I tried... read more
First of all I want to say the staff was very kind and helpful, The nurse that assisted me with my lung capacity test was super friendly and patient with me doing the test too. And finally Dr. Wong is amazing. He used to be my Grandmothers lung Dr. And took great care of her while she was his patient. Glad to see him today and to finally get my health in order too 🙏✨
