Very rude
Great Bank and very nice people. The only thing is the Covington Branch is closed on Saturdays but the internet says it's open.
There are probably 3 actually helpful people between all of these branches.
Always helpful, always polite, very friendly. Everyone says hello when I come in the bank and says have a good day when I leave.
I hate to write this because Ripley tellers are great. But whenvyou walk in this bank they just stare at you. One young lady always looks like she is depressed even when she talks to you she sounds depressed. Now this takes nothing from the Banks in Ripley. They smile and call you by name.
