I made appointment to speak to loan officer. Teresa S. was very knowledgeable and precise. I believe she was the best loan person I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, pertaining to my needs. I highly recommend her for anything you need at regions.

We went in to the regions bank in Covington tn. We were the only ones waiting to talk to an account service agent. There were 3 agents 2 were available. No one helped us. We waited 20 minutes. Customer service was horrible
