This bank is the worst. From the minute I opened this account they had a Filipino agent ask me security questions and I missed one because I didn't understand there lingo I failed s wording and since that moment every single time I call them they constantly ask me to submit id etc Do not get this bmo banking it is the worst ever. Close this banks down please your awful

Mary at the 701 B St San Diego, CA branch location will not stop calling or emailing us to upsell thier $ervices! After telling her "not interested" a 3rd time we closed our checking/saving account. My partner is disabled and on a fixed income and this manipulative behavior is unprofessional and distasteful..
Wouldn’t open doors to customers at their downtown location 4:50. They close at 5pm and I just needed a roll of quarters.
