Banks like this shouldn’t exist anymore
Absolute worst bank, they make it impossible to assist an 83 year old customer and inconvenience her by stating they cannot assist over the phone, they locked her out of her account until she goes to branch to show id, we cancelled all our accounts and they refuse to release her 30,702 rewards points. Warning to anyone considering using this bank, they will lock you out of your account, rewards and savings
This is the WORST NIGHTMARE BANK. It's HORRIBLE. THE WAIT OVER THE PHONE IS NEVER LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO BE ANSWER AND BE PLACED ON HOLD
I am usually not posting, but the situation I have been involved into is terrible. I wish it happen to no one else. I opened my account there a month ago, arriving in the US with all the documents and with a temporary address. I had to provide them with a permanent address at some point, but without any deadline. A month after, I discovered my account has been closed. Without any notice or any phone call or emails during this timeline asking me to provide something. The ATM restarted while I was making a deposit, it kept my deposit without a receipt. It's been a full week and I've not heard from a banker nor the branch manager. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls either.
