Shame on this bank and the security guard who yelled at my elderly mom for using a parking spot to go to chipotle. She had a quick order to pick up at chipotle, no other spots were available and used one of the banks spots. The security guard followed her yelling at her and lecturing her in the time it would have taken for her to pop into chipotle. The teller's are always friendly
⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very bad experience at this place. The workers refused to open my locker and did not provide proper help. I was trying to explain my situation, but they were not cooperative at all. It was very disappointing because even though we shared the same language and background, they still did not treat me with respect or understanding. Customer service was extremely poor, and I felt ignored. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat customers fairly and provide proper assistance.
Never going back to this bank again. Hassan Ali is the worst manger this bank has ever had. He makes up his own rules just because he has a power trip. Whats the point of a business account if you are just going to keep putting holds on checks over 10,000. Go to ripon BMO. Super friendly, don’t have to deal with dumb managers and actually respect the fact that you have been a customer for 15 plus years.
