Never going back to this bank again. Hassan Ali is the worst manger this bank has ever had. He makes up his own rules just because he has a power trip. Whats the point of a business account if you are just going to keep putting holds on checks over 10,000. Go to ripon BMO. Super friendly, don’t have to deal with dumb managers and actually respect the fact that you have been a customer for 15 plus years.
NEVER EVER GO TO THE DRIVE THUR AT THIS BRANCH. I HAVE BEEN STUCK BEHIND A CAR FOR 15MINS AND THE BANK PERSONAL HASN'T EVEN CHECK ONCE FOR CUSTOMERS NOT HAVE THEY HELP THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME. ZERO STARS FOR THEM!!!!! RIDICULOUS...IM JUST GOING TO BACK UP MY CAR I DONT CARE
I went in to open a new account. My experience was great. I was helped by Natthan Xiong. He was amazing. He was fast, efficient and also personable. He asked me about my day. Pretty sure we laughed the whole time. He answered all questions, helped me set up my online banking as well as helped me with setting up Zelle! Overall great experience!!
