I went in to open a new account. My experience was great. I was helped by Natthan Xiong. He was amazing. He was fast, efficient and also personable. He asked me about my day. Pretty sure we laughed the whole time. He answered all questions, helped me set up my online banking as well as helped me with setting up Zelle! Overall great experience!!

Went through the drive in and no one inside acknowledged me for 30MINUTES. Once I honked once 2 people came to the window and I finally got help. Also had a line building behind me the entire time. The people were nice but the wait time was a waste.
Will never bank with them again people at bank kind, friendly understanding the people great!! The company can go suck rocks go to Chase or Bank of America better security and better people skills. Worst thing happened to Bank of West had a better experience and less B.S and Drama when owned by them.!!!!
